THE VERY BEST! Our pipes had been totally blocked for five days. I’m a single mum with two young daughters, so it was a very difficult and our lives were put on hold. Initially I called a plumbing company out fix the problem. They told me that my main sewer pipe had collapsed and would need replacing. They couldn’t quote me an exact price until they’d dug it up, but said it would be in the thousands of pounds, which I simply didn’t have. A friend referred me to Safe-Rod, as they are specialists in unblocking pipes and also repairing damaged pipes. They sent an engineer on the same day to assess the problem. It turned out upon CCTV inspection that the sewer pipe did not need replacing and he repaired the damage for a small fraction of what I’d been quoted by the other company. Safe-Rod are excellent! Polite, punctual, knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend them to everyone! They are the best!”

When British Gas has recommended a power flushing of my central heating system I had absolutely no idea what was that all about. Only when I had a quote from Safe Plumber I knew what I'm dealing with. The engineer has come on appointed time and before I knew it, I felt smarter after 15 minutes from engineers arrival. Plumber has explained step by step what is he going to do and why. After some time when everything was done, engineer has asked us to check the radiators with him so we can see the difference. And we did saw a huge difference! Fabulous service indeed. I'll recommend them to anyone I know.
An A recommendation for Safe Rod! I filled out a quote request and they put me in touch with a local plumber. He replaced some leaky pipes under the kitchen sink, cleaned out the disposal and replaced my faucet. All in little over an hour! He was quick, informative, and affordable. #1 on my speed dial plumber list now.
My ceiling nearby the staircase began to give leakage where I have a bathroom upstairs. I had no idea if it was the drain that’s leaking or it’s the water pipe. They arrived so quick and figured out that the problem was in the drain that was blocked and began to leak through the ceiling. They cleared the blocked drain and repaired it to stop the leakage and the leakage also stopped after 20 minutes. It has been a week and I had no problem again at all. Their pricing quote was pretty acceptable. The best and quick service deserves a five star. Highly recommended.
