Boots didn't come when ordered, no email to explain why. when telephoned customer service was the worst I have experienced anywhere, rude and unhelpful, no interest in solving the problem for the customer. Avoid this company like the plague.Surprising they are still in business
Bought a pair of dewalt safety boots from this place they started to fall apart internally after 4 weeks, after 11 they were unwearable they asked me to return them so i travelled twenty miles to return the boots and they took 10 seconds to fob me off with a feeble excuse that my heel had worn it away im now wearing my old boots ive had for over a year without any problems, just on principle i am going personally put them on the desk of someone who will do something about it if it takes me untill next christmas
