The people in the office are VERY RUDE! I have rented storage units twice before and have never experienced anything like this. Jackie and Mark are extremely rude. I mailed 2 payments from Texas and they claim they have not received either payment. I tried sending a copy of my money order stubs to show I have sent the payments. Before I could email the copies of my stubs, I received another rude email from them. I called and Mark said “to be honest I don’t think you even made the payments”. I do not want my personal belonging left in their care. Please think twice before renting from them!!! Funny how you had to explain with such a long post. And yes I started yelling after you start getting disrespectful. It’s a shame how there where 3 people in the office and not one of you were mature enough to have a decent conversation and all were okay with how he was talking to me about money orders that were mailed. And now the money orders that were sent out for January and February have been cashed all of a sudden would have been nice to know you received them after that “I don’t think you paid it anyway” and “I’ll eat my words if you did”. How that s*** Taste Mr. Rude. Like I said before very Rude and disrespectful. Period. It’s also a shame that you have to post incorrectly about our conversation. I could care less who heard me not a shamed of any thing I said. I’ll be back in town soon and we can have this conversation in person. Have a blessed day.

I used this place before great place had no issues that was one bill I always forget to pay I don't know why but they gave you till tonight which is great cuz something a lot of times I waited till tonight or just always forget this bill but it is great and have no problems at all with it
