Working regularly in customer service myself I thought it was a bit mediocre in this place. The younger guy who I'd placed the order with was patient and alright, but I hadn't received a contact message within the 7-10 days that were indicated. When I came in to pick the order up, customer service was deficient in that the older guy who served me on this occasion hardly interacted so there was nothing like a 'thank you', 'bye' or 'have a good day' etc. towards the customer. Plus he'd dismissed my query that sought to identify why perhaps no-one had got in contact with me even though this was initially indicated. Bit strange.
Needed a t-shirt supplied and printed at very short notice, they were able to print it exactly how I wanted after listening to my placement instructions over the phone. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and the product was of high quality.
Very good to deal with very efficient
We have ordered from Safewear many times now for our Gym wear. They have so many options, for colours and sizes. The guys are so friendly and helpful. We are quite fussy, but Safewear are amazing. Highly recommended! : )
