I brought my vehicle in for service without an appointment since I was only visiting Virginia and was serviced by Lee who was both very helpful and friendly. He made sure to check on me and explain what I could expect and made me aware of what the technician found, also he gave me the price beforehand so I wasn’t blindsided (this was really awesome!). I was finished pretty quickly especially since I didn’t have an appointment. My car was cleaned and I was very comfortable and confident with the service provided. I would recommend this location to my friends and family that are located in Fredericksburg. Thank you Lee for all of your help!

We bought our car from Safford Kia on January 12 this year. We all really know the car we wanted so it was a matter of just test driving it. Once back at the dealership everything started well. Once we started doing the paperwork came the two hours of hard sales. Frist to buy paint and seat Protection. After stating NO for 30 minutes and the price go from 1995 to 1495 than have the manager try to sale us. The when to 995. Still NO, we were able to go back to financing. Frist thing we see when setting down was the paint protection added into our cost. After that was removed. Than came the hard sell for the Extended warranty that lasted for a full hour plus. We were already preapproved but was told that if we went with their company we could get a lower interest rate that would off set the warranty cost. Do to buying a little used Fusion Hybrid we went with the Extended warranty. It only took 10 minutes to finish the process now. Called the next day about canceling the Extended warranty but were told we were moved to a better warranty under Mopar. Called a month later because we still didn't have any information on the warranty contract. Told it would be sent or emailed so. Six weeks now still no information from the company. We are now told we have a contract under KIA Power Protect Platinum. Information would be sent any day. Today two months after buying the car. Check engine light on and no information on any warranty. Call Stafford again and waited to here back. Was finally given our Extended warranty contract number. The Platinum protection now had been down graded to Gold. Here we go again.

Safford Kia of Fredericksburg has an AMAZING customer service. They pride themselves in giving the best to each customer. Yesterday Lee helped me and was extremely kind. I originally came in for a recall on my car and was able to add a 15,000 mile service based on his recommendation. I always come home to Fredericksburg from DC to get my car serviced by this business.

The service writer Justin was super friendly. Wonderful communication during the process of my vehicle being repaired. I needed a ride home after dropping my vehicle off and the porter was able to ride with me in my vehicle and then take my vehicle back to the shop...this was super helpful, I have a baby and we all know how painful it is to move car seats. I had such a great experience and definitely recommend doing business with Safford Kia.
