Replaced a diamond free of charge from a second hand engagement ring. This shop stands by its products and vintage pieces. Great service and very friendly.
My friend had a particularly bad experience with this jeweller after they restrung her pearls. Just a few weeks after the pearls were restrung, they broke. On taking them back in, the owner was rude, unhelpful and dismissive of the problem.
