I bought a Solewrap machine for… I bought a Solewrap machine for disposable shoe covers. It broke at the third use. The handle is only supported within the plastic. No surprise that it broke so quickly. The machine may as well be called \Disposable machine for.....\. or else it should have a warning that it be limited to those under 60kg in weight. Safield had the audacity to charge me for the return postage which was around 10! I could not be bothered to take it up with Amazon

Ordered a light from them through Amazon. The light died after a few days, but that's acceptable and I contacted the company. What isn't acceptable is their complete lack of customer service. I asked if they could send a replacement before returning the faulty one to help with electrician costs but they refused. I can understand that tbh. Then refusing the believe that I had returned the faulty product would have been laughable if I wasn't about to lose out on a light and money. **They asked who the carrier was. It was their prepaid label I used. **After I gave them the tracking number for their prepaid label they said there wouldn't be one. **The tracking number shown that it had been sent, and delivered to them, but they wouldn't accept that they had received it. **They weren't willing to believe it unless I sent a photo of the postage receipt.....even though I had have them the tracking number to check themselves. Completely useless company who's customer service agents seem to be those sacked for being too rude for Curry's and ryanair customer service.
Rubbish cheap products at an expensive price, bulbs don’t last 2 minutes, outdoor lights leak rain in. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
I feel like I’m fighting a battle with this company. I ordered a pair of lights which said Silver.....the main photos on their web site shows a dark pewter like silver. I received the lights and they were a very light metallic silver. I returned them at my own expense (13) even though I was sure that this was a ‘not as described’ situation. I am now being told that the one at the very end of the scrolled through pictures is the true colour. The messages that I’m receiving are bordering on rude and unhelpful. In fact, I’m being spoken to as if I’m stupid. Surely, if these lights are ‘light silver’ in colour; then the end scrolled through picture should be at the beginning in the main description. I’m unable to post photos on here; but, if I could, I’m sure that most people would agree that this is a misdescribed and misrepresented situation!
