As a rule, I never go to Nojima. In the past, I would walk around and literally have sales clerks walk away and try to avoid me...S.O.P. for foreingers. However, I had a good experience on Sunday. I found what I needed with a great clerk and helped me with kindness. He gets the the 4 stars.
