I recently rented a dumpster from Dump Express, Inc.. I received excellent service. I compared multiple dump rental companies on the Cape and Dump Express, Inc. had the most competitive prices. All of the terms of the rental were clear, and Dump Express, Inc. was upfront about all costs. They were fair, honest, straightforward, and professional. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs a dumpster.
Having worked with a few other dumpster companies I must say Dump Express Inc is by far your best option. Their prompt service and professionalism is above and beyond any other company I've used in the past. Dump Express Inc: Over the past two months I have rented (2) 15 yard containers. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received.Everyone was so polite and courteous. Containers were delivered and picked up at the arranged times. Each time I even received a phone call asking about my experience and thanking me for using Dump Express Inc. Great customer service from the office staff and the delivery/pick up drivers. If needed I will use them again and also recommend to my friends.
Dump Express Inc. is The BEST Dumpster Rental Company on Cape Cod and The South Shore! I ought to know, I am a dumpster rental pro who rents a lot of dumpsters from different companies across a wide geography. (I wish that their service area was larger, I’d really like to be using them elsewhere.) I have used them on 3 separate projects, over the past year and a half consuming a total of 29 - 15 cubic yard dumpsters. So that you know, I buy distressed properties for a living and bring them back to life. My latest project (A repossessed home purchase from a bank on The Upper Cape.) was to empty the contents of the dwelling and then perform a complete gutting / remodel of the house. This project consumed 13 - 15 cubic yard dumpsters in a seven week period. I spent close to 10K on dumpster service - comprised of the dumpsters themselves, extra day charges, over weight charges and accessorial charges for surcharge items. I didn’t blink an eye, this is what disposal costs. Dump Express bends over backwards for a customer. They deliver early in the morning, they deliver on Saturdays & Sundays. They swap dumpsters right on the spot. No picking up then returning later to deliver. It’s done right then and there. They bring an empty dumpster when coming to collect and SWAP IT! Best part, they can take direction and do it all when I am not there. Need a tight placement to save a lot of effort in the loading process? These guys are amazing. They can spot dumpsters in places you’d think weren’t possible. I love their little trucks. In short, Dump Express spoils you with service. I wish everyone else worked like that.
