Wow! What an awesome experiencing to lease a car from 101 Vermont Hyundai Dealership. The sales rep, Brian Lee is very friendly & extremely polite & well mannered. 100% recommendation & two thumbs up. The whole process was so smooth and quick....specially Jessie in finance dept. was so helpful. The best part is excellent pricing, very affordable. Thanks for everyone in 101 Vermont Hyundai Dealership.

This review is for the service department and the repair crew. They really did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle. And because Hyundai has a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty I got over 1000 in repair costs done for free. In fact, Abby, the main woman who helped me, went out of her way to check if a certain part of my vehicle could be fixed for free and included it in the service order. She did this on her own decision to help me get my car fixed with the best possible care. And again, Hyundai did its job of committing to its word. So I am deeply grateful for everyone who got my car fixed at this location. It is unfortunate to see all the bad reviews here as I didn't have a single negative experience. If I want to be critical, may be Hyundai can include more people on staff to work? Things did seem hectic and busy here. But the attitude and the helpfulness of all the employees made it up for me. They are all great people and deserve a raise if possible.

Worst salesmen ever... While waiting for oil change, I went to see some new cars. A salesman approached to me and asked if I want to test drive. I told him my car is only a year old and I am just looking around while waiting for oil change. He asked if he match the payment, would I buy one today. What do you mean matching payment? I am not ready to buy one yet I said. Guess what he said to me after that... My wondering, looking around the cars without his handling makes him looking bad so wait at the service area. Other than 4 or 5 salesmen mingling at showroom, I was only visitor near showroom (I was outside of showroom) yet they still want me out of there. Furthermore, simple oil change took more than 2 hours with prior appointment. I also tried to post similar review on their website but they either erased it or didn't even posted it. No wonder they have 50% 5 star reviews on their website.

Another 4 letter word for Sage... SCAM!!! The quick list of my reasons are below. If you want the details, you can read my full review on Yelp since google limits the characters here. 1. We were told by Marco (sales manager) that even if they did not have our car, they could get us any car we wanted and beat any price. It was a lie! Even after we had worked out the numbers for the car, they refused to get us the car (which they currently did not have) and instead tried every tactic to get us to buy a totally different car on their lot. 2. Besides the receptionist, everyone else had really poor communication. Half the time we were waiting, we had no idea what the sales rep was doing or why it was taking so long. 3. Sales rep and another sales manager (Andre) knew very little about their own cars and what was actually on their lot. Andre admitted he never stepped outside and don't know what he has. 4. Andre was also unprofessional to me and the sales rep. Wasted my time!! Save your time and take your business somewhere less sketchy and more professional.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.0T from Sage Hyundai. They have a very friendly staff. Diana (sales woman) was friendly, and accommodated my needs in a car. She was humble, honest, and respectful. Moussa and Nick were also polite, reasonable, friendly, and expressed strong interest in winning my business. Jesse the finance manager made the finance paperwork super smooth! Honestly, I dreaded the idea of going into a car dealership because of past bad experiences. I had prepared other options to visit other dealers in case this deal fell through. However, the Sage team did their best to win my business with respect! Thank you Sage. I would come back with my wife to buy another Hyundai! Highly recommend this Sage Hyundai, they will go the extra mile to make the deal work for you.

So I just bought a new Accent today. I must admit that I was skeptical because the price that they "guaranteed" me was less than anyplace else. I won't go into details about how they got the price like that, but I walked "Out the door" with a 2016 base model Accent for 13,468. The people there were very friendly, I chatted with Mr. Sage (owner). I went in there expecting them to change the price on me, which they did! The price they put in front of me was 20 higher than what they quoted me, so they dropped the price and I walked out of there with EXACTLY the amount they quoted me on the phone. Advice for every car purchase, is do your research and know what you're looking for. Call around and ask for the "out the door" price and then go to the dealership that gives you the best price. 5 stars because they were champs. The finance manager told me I should not pay down my loan beyond the scheduled payments so that I do not lose the discounts I already received. Once I buy the car for an agreed upon price, is it possible to lose the discount I received? Doesn't make sense to me.

I was worried about the reviews this location have on google, HOWEVER... Great customer service, Alex was very professional and seams like he loves what he doe's, he was very helpful and honest with helping me finding what I need (didn't try to "sell" me something I didn't need). I sat down with both Alex and Tony (store manager), great customer service, definitely recommended!!

Great service, reasonable price, and very nice people. i had to wait a little longer than i was told/expected, but I had my car towed to them and they didn't bat an eye when we showed up out of nowhere. i recommend Sage Hyundai and give them 5 stars! Thankyou! Good job you guys!
