Five star all the way, I had to have a cyst removed in a most unusual location on short notice. His staff and Dr O’Donnell came in on a Saturday morning for the procedure, I am very grateful for their attention to my situation. Thanks again....

I've gone to Dr. O'Donnell for some time now. Yes, he has an extreme amount of patients. He checked out my issue and told me I was treating it wrong. He told me what he recommended and within 4 days. I won't go anywhere else. He's definitely not the place to go if you value your time more than your health.

This place is awful with scheduling. I was here last week and waited an hour then rescheduled and left. Today I waited 1.5 hours before even getting taken to the room. They don’t apologize at all or even seem to care. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last week but obviously they are consistently late with people. Do not come here. I will never be back.

I would like to say my experience with the Dr and his staff has been nothing but positive ....Dr is very professional and did an excellent job and enjoyed his sense of humor at the same time ....I also found the office staff to be very cordial and professional... I see there are negative posts on here but that certainly wasn't the case in my experience.... I would definitely recommend him

The staff is nice enough... but when the establishment has only been open for an hour and a half and is over an hour behind schedule, you have a problem. Edit: Dr does not care about making you wait either. When brought up that I was waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointment to see him, he simply stated that there are plenty of people willing to wait for him. Never even apologized. Dr's attitude is what is causing a 1 star review. I understand that appointments sometimes take longer than expected but that's why you put time in between appointments to give you that buffer. It seems to me that they schedule appointments back to back so Dr can make as much money as possible. There was a couple sitting next to me that where scheduled for a 9:30am appointment and were not seen until about 10:30am. This place opens at 8:30am..how are they an hour behind after only an hour of being open??? There are too many clients and only one Dr. Even the nursing staff was embarrassed by how disrespectful Dr is of patients time. This seems to be a common problem. If I were you I would go somewhere where your time is valued or expect to wait an hour or so from your scheduled appointment.
