Very poor experience. After seeing the poor review of this showroom on Google I opted this only due to distance issue because it was near to my location. I was handed over my car i20 on 19th April, 2021 with dent mark on the roof and as on date the problem has not been sorted out and all the person with whom the dealing was done are not giving any positive response. So go for other showrooms like pawan or dream hyundai. Don't go to MR Hyundai.

Very bad experience ..Just want to aware the common public about the corrupt practices done by MR hyundai so that you could protect yourself from looting they do. I charged 5820 for accessories cost but see below the actual cost of product i received after one month luckily i checked the bills they given me in the time of car booking. They forgot to give at the time of delivery even not called me after many days of delivery of car. they provided around of cost 2000 instead of 5820 cost kit,Foot pad not fitting the venue car,i think these are for 120 car :). There is no escalation chart they arguing very badly with you.

Very bad service. I had purchased a venue SX(O) car in month of June 2019 from your M.R Hyundai showroom from Loni road shalimar garden, shahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP). At that time .I had sold my Hyundai white colour verna DL8CAA 1423 Model 1.6 diesel engine to the same agency on 28/06/2019. . It has been almost 2 years now I had not yet received the sale letter,transfer letter of verna and the copy of the RC to whom it has been transferred. I am asking from your company staff who is looking into this matter again and again about the above mentioned document. But their is no satisfactory answer from their side. Due to this situation I feel mentally harrased. I request everyone plz don't buy car from MR hyundai.after sale service is not good.I don't want to make any negative comment for any organisation but the behaviour of the MR HYUNDAI representative bound me to do so.

They are worst in customer service... They are just fooling people all the time.. once u purchase vehicle from them thn you have to keep following with them for each and everything for which they'll never have a solution except fooling you and fake promoses
