This hotel/Castle is a hidden gem. You get first class service. The nearest bigger city is Aschaffenburg. The restaurant is Top class service. One the best services I have ever received in Germany. I read that there breakfast is normally buffet but in times of Corona virus the breakfast is a la carte and I think it should stay that way because service was first class. Dinner service was even better, not to mention the food was amazing. I ordered a Weyberhöfe burger and fries but it was the best burger I have eaten. The chef took care in making it, the beef and bacon were perfectly cooked. They only downside in staying here was that there was no air conditioning and unfortunately the weather was really warm which made it uncomfortable. The plus side was the bed which was super comfortable. I still give it 5 stars, won't take away for no Air conditioning.

Great hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. I slept very well. Location near the highway is perfect. The spa is wonderful! They have multiple sauna's , a small pool and a great gym with new equipment. If you are lucky, like we were, you can dine outside. What a place to stay! Highly recommended. But I must make a few remarks about the restaurant where we had dinner. The staff made many (small) mistakes. One dish was served much later than the others. Water that was ordered did not come, and wines were not served. Most dishes tasted fantastic. So it was a bit of a dissapointment that the meat in all the main dishes was overcooked. It was dry and not as tasty as it could be. Looked like the chef put the meat in the oven and kept it there way too long. I'm sure you can do better than this.
