I am yet to take delivery of my new Celtic Rambler, I can say however following three visits that the customer service that I have received and that that I have witnessed of others is second to none. The build quality is fantastic, a properly engineered product range. Looking forward to my next visit when we will be collecting our fantastic new apartment on wheels!

In 3 years or so we have had an unnerving amount of issues with our Inos caravan (from new) including multiple and continual water leaks (even now), water pump and tank faults, lights, levelling system and motor mover faults etc. I believe the work done in the factory in parts is of a very poor quality. The only thing that is worse than the caravan itself is their customer service.
Are theses things expensive? Yes.. are they worth it and does the product service and support match the high price ? 100% yes!! Mine was a used dreamseaker and I was welcomed to the factory like a celebrity guest. The van was in the show room with the new vans and I couldn’t tell which one was mine because it was cleaned to such a high standard. I stayed the night and George could not do enough to insure I was happy and since buying they have been so helpful. Any issues have been rectified with no problems at all. I love my fith wheel and genuinely feel it is a work of art with a build quality that I am yet to match with anything els I have seen. Thank you guys and keep up the outstanding work Rich
I bought a preowned Celtic Rambler in 2017 at the \fith wheel company\. I was shown the variety of fith wheels and also caravans there. I was given great information and the team took a half day and a morning time to give me an idea of what's the right choice. Without pushing! I really felt that it is not only a product but a it is a project they cared about for years and put a lot of heart in and \love\ for the details! The most important thing to me is that after having purchased not even one of their newest models, but one I could afford, I was never let down, when I ran into the trouble, one newcomer camper is facing. I recently was helped just after Christmas with a brake issue that I could solve with the help of Dave, George and Simon. It may sound cheesy, but yes you become a member of the fith wheel family once you enjoy one like I do in Germany, Italy, while skiing in Austria. I really think the Celtic Rambler is a \one of a kind\ coach, which is outstanding in quality and comfort and fun. Cheers mates Stefan (Munich)
