How pleasant it was today at 11.30 to be dealt with someone with a smile on her face.My wife and I went there to sort out a problem with perscriptions. It was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly.Thanks to whoever the receptionist was, sorry dont know her name.
I don't know where to begin. Unfortunately been a patient for approximately four years I've found all the male doctors over at the hub to have an air of royalty about them and that we the patients are of less importance. Dr Murphy is terrible for this the younger male doctor too talks to you like rubbish. I've looked at the reviews on NHS and they mirror my dealings with the male doctors and surgery. I've been unfortunate to have many call backs from these higher powers and I'm not one to talk to like they do hence why I've been give a letter of warning! Oh and a verbal one of which I told them what they could do with it. I have realised that if the mentioned doctor who sat and typed this letter would spend half of his time looking into what the actual cause was for me then that would have surely been a better use of his time. What is a joke is when you call the message says \please treat our staff with the respect they deserve\ wow. PLEASE TREAT YOUR PATIENTS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE. Most of the receptionist staff are rude by phone. I've now requested they only call me when the call is recorded. Oh and surprise I've requested calls from before when they claim I've been rude yet they can't supply them. Had an error on that day! Doctors. You are no more important than I Mr patient in pain. My advice to you is to leave your job and do something else. I will only talk to female doctors now. This review has no reflection on other staff ie paramedics who are brilliant.
