Best ski shop in dallas area with excellent service. Equipment selection is decent considering we are in texas but they have top brands. You can bring skis to get waxed, tuned, boots adjusted, or edge sharpened. I can trust them to bring my skis there. A bit on the expensive side for the items, but it comes with service you can't get anywhere else.

I happened to catch one of their biggest sales - - - a combined 50% and extra 25% off deal. The gear here is MUCH more stylish than Dick's sporting goods lol. One of their sales staff was so sweet. She patiently helped me pick out the perfect jacket (Frauenschuh) and ski leggings. As you can tell, I was very happy!

brought in a ski jacket that i bought from them . i spent 2,000 on the jacket . they said they would fix the zipper . its been 4-5 months now and its almost to the point i believe these people are thieves . i have called numerous of times and i keep getting passed around. Iv'e been told the jacket isn't ready . worst experience of my life and the worst service i have ever encountered .

At first I assumed the service was poor in general however the sales associate was very proactive with everyone except me. I've never seen such a rude man, when I asked him for a different size he responded as though he was doing me a tremendous favor. Whats surprising is I wear clothes that they sell and dressed as a normal client of the store. However, I was then assisted by Cheryl who was the complete opposite. She checked on me multiple times, got me a few different sizes and followed up each time. She's the only reason this review went from 1* to 3*. If you do shop here ask for Cheryl.
