I could not rate the service for the taxi as it did not turn up what i will rate is the switchboard - what i will say is customer service hell no!!!!!!!! The woman on switchboard is a horror, i am trying not going to use any offensive words on this although she did to me on the call using the Fbomb which my 10 year old did hear!!!!!! I am not bothered if tgere is an issue and a taxi doesnt turnnup just dont lie and then get an attitude about it. I got britaniania to sort us out

Uber Abdul turned up half hour late which was annoying cos it made me miss my first punctual anonymous meeting.
Never had a issue wth critchley's the only downside is that they wont pick you up from huyton into st Helens but from st Helens to huyton is ok
Excellent service! Stopped me from being late for work when the bus didn't turn up ️
Said they would be 15 mins when they turned up more than an hour late. Will not be using again.
