This gang off idiots are now under the name JWS. They used to operate under the name Jones Window Systems, google this name and you will get the reviews that you need not to use this gang of muppets. If I had this information from the start I would not off used them. It’s all professional until the sub the work out to any useless idiot from St Helens or Leigh. There is no one over seeing there work and they cut corners to get the job done and basically if you have had work done by these clowns I would get it checked straight away because everyone they sent to my house there was problems with all of there work, basically they can’t do the job, endless emails sitting around waiting for faults in workmanship to be corrected, no sleep off a night because of stressed caused by there contractors not having the ability to be able to do a job correctly, If you read the reply the deluded director has wrote it’s him trying to cover his tracks as they don’t want bad reviews they just want to charge the customer top money for shambles constructions. Read the reviews on jones window systems and you will see a few familiar name pop up on these reviews. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!
