I would encourage anyone that is considering booking Kate for their wedding day to read all the reviews left here. There is a pattern of her either declaring bankruptcy or not providing what people have paid for. We had booked Kate well in advance of our wedding day in August 2017. We booked her direct and she promised we would get more prints than what was being offered in the Groupon offer. Three days before we were due to get married she emailed me advising that she had to declare bankruptcy and wouldn’t be attending our wedding. This caused so much stress! Thankfully we were able to source another photographer who was amazing. Just yesterday she has changed her Facebook page to ‘Captured by Kate’. This has now been removed. I’ve heard that she uses all the excuses; she’s ill, her daughters ill, family members dying! I can only assume that the person that has left her a five star review is someone that she knows as all the other ones left tell a completely different story! She seems to think that by changing her business names she can avoid new customers finding out about her past. Unfortunately it will always come back.

DO NOT BOOK THIS WOMAN!! She was late for our wedding, so didn't get any getting ready photos, she then made several excuses such as she was ill, or her child was ill when asked for the photos and disc we had paid for. when we complained she said she had sent a link to the photos... That is not what was wanted !! She then said she was going bankrupt so we couldn't have them. She keeps trading under new names, and defrauding people. She has no conscience and will continue doing the same thing if not stopped. DO NOT BOOK!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS!
Trading under \Kate Towers Photography\ in 2017, provided very poor pictures of my wedding. She didn't provide the contracted amount of photos, and her editing skills are laughable. When quizzed on this I was told she'd been ill and then went bankrupt. Funnily enough, exactly the same thing had happened to her in 2016 as well apparently. She's should be avoided at all costs.
Giving her 1 star is being generous! Me and my husband received no where near the full amount of photos we were entitled to and several of them are the same photo. When contacted Kate she ignored me on numerous occasions. (Its still not been resolved and we still dont have a wedding album which I'm very upset about)
We used her for our wedding a few years ago and was heartbroken to find that she had not taken the photos we had specifically requested I.e me and my maid of honor, me and my father etc and upon reviewing the photos she had provided, found many of them were duplicates or slightly zoomed in! When we asked her if we could see the full amount of pictures she had taken she refused and told us those were the pictures we would be getting. Completly and utterly ruined the precious memories we wanted! I believe she was in a hurry to finish as she had booked a second event for after she had finished at the wedding. She went under a different business name then but seriously, it's not worth risking you special day!
