Brought a silver chain today to replace a broken one. When I got home the pendant didn't fit, so popped back to see if they could sort it. They couldn't have been more helpful, changed the chain, fitted and cleaned my pendant at no extra cost. Excellent customer service - I highly recommend and will be shopping here again. Many thanks!

Very poor Service. I recommend that you do not go to Chloe’s if you want jewellery mended. I was quoted one price, then charged more, and the collection date was changed so I had to wait a further week before getting my ring back. Yet, worst of all, the ring was very badly mended. On collection I could see (with the naked eye) a clump of metal at the base of the welded part, an obvious, slightly different coloured line where the ring had been welded, and, worse still, one of the sapphires was actually poking through to the inside of the ring (meaning I couldn't wear it). The ‘jeweller’ told me the ring had diamonds in it; in fact they are white sapphires! To add to this, I felt intimidated by the manager, and ended up paying the full price for mending my ring. No receipt was given. When I asked for a receipt the manager refused to issue one! After much haggling I eventually got her to photocopy a hand written chitty as proof of payment. This took so long that I went 18 minutes over my car parking ticket limit receiving a 40 fine. I took my ring, later the same day, to another jewellers and simply asked what they thought of the ring. On examining my ring the jeweller said, “This is terribly mended. Who did it? What happened?”. I have never posted a review, but felt compelled to warn prospective customers of the lack of professionalism and expertise at Chloe’s St Ives.
