totaly over priced. how do they expet famliys to aford thier child's first school photo total rip off. I've paid less that 40 for a photo shoot with multiple prints of 3 differnt photos.

AWFUL I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on the company as it did with a lot, however i paid for an order online on 17th March, and the money came out of my account on the 18th, however i am still waiting on my photographs on 11th August. There is absolutely no way at all to contact the company, no email or phone response, and shockingly the only part of their website that can be accessed is the part to buy and pay for orders! As the photos i ordered were taken at nursery, many other parents also ordered. However, the ones who ordered via post didn't have any money taken until July, and then received their photo's a week later. Myself and the others who ordered online are still waiting. I had an email 4 weeks ago saying that they were being sent that week to be signed for. Nothing has arrived. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! SCAM
