Business Model: we do not deliver and have people come to us! Advice to anybody: Stay away from this company. Even better, contact amazon to not use this shipper!! We had a couple of items ordered from Amazon which came on Sunday. With the exception of the one from Dynamex / T-Force they all arrived. We were at home, right near the door nobody from this company rang the door bell. By coincidence we had a FedEx delivery around that time... need to see if I can pull out the receipt for that delivery to prove I was home. Not that this should be required... Boy, this is about the worst company review I have seen so far. I want to give them ‘0’ stars, but this is not possible.
0 stars. I was worried because of all these reviews. And what do you know, he gets out of his car, launches my box from the sidewalk onto my balcony. I made sure to scream ice throw jackass\ as I ran outside to confront him. I got his name and all of his info to respond accordingly.
Delivery was done without buzzing me, call , or announcing they had a package. Lucky for me a maintenance person that i know alerted me. Delivery Protocol is to ring, if no answer , leave a notice, and deliver later. At no point , with all the parcel piracy, is remains improper policy to leave parcels in a common lobby or area un supervised and/or without contact. Better to get the parcel later than not at all..
It is the first time I am dealing with this company through Amazon. They said our package was delivered but nothing came. They never rang any bell and we saw no one dropping any package! I think Amazon should end its contract with such a company. The reviews are horrible! I will tell Amazon to never use this company to deliver my orders.
