A well set out & covid secure place for painting and lots of variety to choose from. However, I feel that items are overpriced and communication is lacking. I understand that the new lockdown makes it tricky however I heard nothing about when I could collect and even after we completed the painting in the studio, no one communicated when the item would be ready & how/when we could collect etc. Collecting the item was very chaotic! Communication needs to be improved. I don't think it's value for money and unfortunately we won't be visiting again.

Built bears X 3 and painted 2 plates. 12 each bear and you decorate a t shirt for your bear, name it and certify it . You put a little token inside before it is sealed up. Kids enjoyed this activity very much. Plate was 18 plus 4 sitting fee. This is the steepest I have ever paid for painting pottery blanks and we would definitely go more frequently if a bit cheaper. We have painted in many different pottery places inc dog bowls , ornaments, cups, plaques, tea pot, pizza plate, vases etc etc. A wonderful activity which you get to keep a sentiment. Looking forward returning another time

Excellent facility. Great staff. COVID-19 safety procedures. Warned that posted ceramics' could not be guaranteed arriving unbroken but was packed ever so well and did arrive undamaged.
