Went to the Aqua Park for our twins birthday, they had the best time there.... Just remember to change before you go as there are no changing rooms currently. The staff are friendly and helpful, and not sure it makes much difference but to put you Covid worriers minds at rest. They walk around spraying all the equipment all the time! What I didn't expect was to be sharing our hours time slot we got with another family. Not an issue for us but for some people that are taking the covid precautions a little stricter than us I'm not sure they would have been too happy. I do highly recommend going and giving this one a go..... Next time I hope to book a slot then have an hour to warm up after then go straight back in again for another time slot. Its great but I just wanted more time! The twins are a little older than my 8 year old daughter who struggled a little bit with getting up and onto the inflatables..... so parents make sure you have the muscles to pull them up Big thumbs up for this place.... Highly recommended..... And we will be going again

Had a great 50 minute session here with my 8 and 10 year old. We hired wet-suits which for my youngest was a must as the water was 12 degrees, but a lot of older kids were doing without and seemed quite comfortable. Due to covid, there was limited facilities (so make sure you read the guidance on the web site). I also found it a little hard to find (again read the web site). Once there, my kids loved it. I have since looked at some of the other aqua parks in the area, and this one is certainly more challenging physically and I did find myself hauling my kids out the water, but the rewards were there to be had for the efforts, even if I did have to 'nudge' my youngest down the biggest slide!

Loved it this place is well worth it. Good value and provides a good afternoon of fun especially on hot days. The water is cool but not cold. There are toilets and changing facilities also a cafe providing hot and cold refreshments and basic cooked food such as chips and burgers, the staff working in the cafe were really friendly and a credit to the business. Lovely surroundings and plenty of room to chill. 1 improvement of possible it would be nice to have a segregated free swimming area if possible just to enrich the experience. We have visited 4 times now and will 100% be coming back.

So I will start by saying my children love this, we've been coming for a couple of years and they never fail to have a great time and today was no exception. So why 1 star?? It's like there is no pandemic. Corona what? Social distancing who? Now I get that it's awkward to police the social distancing while on the equipment and to be fair once everyone is on there they pretty much spread out but really the staff can't do a huge amount to enforce social distancing without ruining the fun of it, I get that. BUT, probably the one place where they absolutely could enforce social distancing and where it was absolutely necessary, they didn't bother. The queue waiting for the briefing and to go onto the course, absolutely packed, no signage to remind people to social distance, no lines to enforce a distance while waiting. I understand that by now people should take responsibility for themselves but at the same time people do forget, people need reminding and it's a business's responsibility to do so. People were packed together like sardines and it was disgusting. They need to sort this out

Helpful staff, well organised. Easy to find off the A1. Nice shaded watching area. Note wetsuits to hire are full length. Will return.
