No access for wheelchairs. Confirmed by them. Disgraceful in this day and age. Didn't expect to be able to get round the windmill but expected everywhere else to be accessible. It was. Other posts were misleading. Good parking. Lift to ground floor café. All accessible. Great place to visit

Where wool from the North of England landed.
Good info on an interesting area around St Omer.
The marsh is a great place to go canoeing. We parked at Marsh House and took a circular trip round the canals. Boat trips are available if you'd rather be taken on a guided tour.
Fantastic way to see the marshes and learn the history behind the marshes and St Omer. Our tour guide francois was superb speaks near perfect English and really knows his stuff. Brilliant way to spend a few hours and gain local knowledge.
Interesting and enjoyable , guide explained things well in English.Nice little cafe too.
We had a boat trip from here which gave a very interesting history of the marshes. Well worth a visit.
Really interesting place, English speaking guides available and lots of information about the marsh basin of St Omer. Will be happy to go for a return visit here and the little restaurant very reasonable and tasty
