This place is mediocre. Everyone here is nice but it is a fight to get anything fixed. I also opted to do the random roommate option and the person I was paired with was a living nightmare. Recently we’ve also had a big roach problem and very loud neighbors.

It looks like someone decided Sakara was their public bathroom. Wouldn't blame management for this, of course. However, it has been here for 5 days now.. Why has no one cleaned it up? Unfortunately this is what you at Sakara. I'm sure they are getting ready to sell the place to some private equity group or large developers that will tear it down and build a large high rise. It would make sense since they put close to 0 into renovations, landscaping, clean up, etc. Please, can you guys just clean this up... I have young kids.
Close to campus, clean and near restaurants! I love that I can walk to campus and shops near the property. Also - best thing ever - they pay all the utilities! For inexpensive rents, proximity to campus and free utilities, this is the place to be!
Very horrible place. The pictures online look amazing and they deceive you with their flashy signs that say everything is newly renovated. Trust me, it is not! Rusty bathrooms, dirty walls, appliances are old and moldy. This place would be so much better if they actually renovated every unit like the ones in the pictures. Highly do not recommend living here. Its been one issue after another at this place. Internet down, water down. Theres places in the ghetto nicer than these. I have never had so many issues like this place. Only plus sign is that it is close to campus. Cant even get out of my lease because I cant find another person to move in and take my place. Guess Im stuck here waisting my money when Im already broke as it is going to school.
Sakara is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS place to live with frequent maintenance issues. When I first moved in, all of my keys were missing, except for a gate key. Over the next several weeks, my shower didn’t have working hot water, and the Wifi was not working consistently. I gave written permission and confirmed over the phone with the the leasing staff, that someone was to enter the apartment to collect my belongings. They were denied access by someone in the apartment complex, at the time, and when they went to the leasing office, which should have been open according to previous COVID and listed business hours, there was no one was to be found. It’s been a month and despite having contacted the leasing staff I still haven’t been able to collect my belongings. There were people constantly in and out of my apartment unit, along with long terms guests who weren’t listed on the lease. The leasing staff was notified of this. There was also no follow up. Sakara had at least two incidents involving police during my 2.5 month stay. I would not recommend it to anyone.
