I started going to Sakura years ago. I loved it then and I am so excited to have started it again. The new classes are awesome, I started up with the FIT class to begin training for a Spartan race and I haven't been disappointed. The classes are a good work out and so much fun that several of my friends have now joined in. I also take the kickboxing class and cannot recommend it enough. The techniques taught have been cherry picked by legend Martial Arts Master Jim Harrison. They are practical and efficient. After coming to class I now have better body awareness and mobility. I feel more confident in myself than ever before. The environment is welcoming to all ages and levels of skill. Everyone helps each other and is respectful. I am grateful to be a part of the Sakura Dojo and look forward to many more classes there!

After training here off and on for years (and paying thousands in membership) I feel it’s probably still a good fit for kids who need structure and discipline. The downside is drama among the staff, which just distracts from the training and can create an extremely awkward environment.
