Amazing service!!! I came in looking for something very specific and needed help with color matching. Deb helped me herself. Totally worth the drive up to her shop. Love this quilt store.

Unfriendly. Poor customer service attitude. Felt we we're imposing rather than spending . Update after response from owner: I don't care about points from Google and don't even have a clue what the points will do for me. Please note that the visit and the review need not occur on the same day. If you found my review brutal, at least it was honest, un-biased and unsupported by any inducement. Yes you did greet us, but there is where you began to fall down. My dear old Grandad used to say, "It's not what you say, but how you say it". The best word I can use for your greeting is "Cold". And that is being generous. You only had one chance to make your first impression on us and it will stay with us forever. If you get a chance to make another impression, you will have to work ten times as hard to overcome the damage done the first time around. We don't live in your town, we we're traveling through, so we may never get another visit there...but perhaps you can use this experience to make a better stab at it with another first-time customer. Good luck to both you and your customers.

Poor customer service from someone who appeared to be the owner. Also, their prices are higher than other shops. Not many choices. Out of the way and not worth the drive. In response to Deb, I was actually having a GREAT day until you ruined it for me and my friends. Your staff is friendly, but if you are the older staff member with short reddish hair, you are the rude person. Your store is so small, a handicap person cannot wheel themselves in your store without bumping into something. From other reviews I've read, we're not the only ones who have encountered your poor customer service, in and out of the store. As for pricing, your panels are 2-4 higher than others. Some of the pricing I saw on your bolts were also 1-1.50 higher than other locations. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Fabric on sale was high value, not cheap stuff.

The van of this business cut me off this morning on 2484 in Salado,TX... proceeded to drive slow... (45 in a 60) until I was able to pass some time later... As I passed, the driver thought it necessary to flip me off... some real professionalism there...
