The poor payment and treatment of staff ..low wages like a cleaner and I even had to ask for my wages with my handout to be told I still owe you two euros and then made to feel cheap when I went back to ask for it. Male staff was treated somewhat better. You’re expected to do as your told but the owner never takes any responsibility for her part in the poor running of the place. The blame is always heaped on you or someone else. We weren’t paid for anything extra yet expected to give extra. Never worked in such a disorganized place with a vindictive boss. Anyone who is a first time teacher fresh out of training with no experience should avoid this place like the plague, I had the worst experience here. You get NO support whatsoever. If there is an issue, you don’t get told what the problem is so you cannot learn from it. Instead classes are taken away from you without any feedback. You don’t even get told that these classes are not yours anymore from management instead you hear this from colleagues! Humiliating! Also forget about observations because you don’t get feedback from them either. I once got told that I should have made the approach for support if I felt I needed it. True but how do I know what support I need if I’m not being told what the problems are in my lessons?! It’s a shame because I genuinely enjoyed teaching some of the classes I had. The school and how it’s run just let’s it down.

This was a dreadful place to work...quite disorganised and unprofessional boss. She could be in a mood and not even speak to her own staff ..avoid avoid

Academia super profesional. He recomendado muchos alumnos y todos estaban siempre muy contentos del trato y aprendizaje recibido. Los profesores son muy buenos y la directora es un \10\ lleva su academia con una profesionalidad que se valora mucho. Yo recomendaría la escuela \Kilkenny\ a todos. Keep up the good work amazing!!!!!
Recomendable 100%. A parte de aprender y mucho, se adaptan totalmente a tus necesidades, horarios, etc. Y el trato es muy bueno y personal, y particularmente Hilary una profesora y una persona TOP!!
