A great, kind family prepares fresh, clean food from their heart. They have the freshest ingredients, they use the best quality meats and seafood, and they cook it to perfection. Their wine list is extensive with great pricing on vintage bottles. You really cannot ask for more. They recognize that the best thing you can do to quality ingredients is to not do too much and let the product shine over everything. Plus, they have one of the best quality jamon iberico in Salamanca. A treasured place, we'll be back.
