I don't know what's her name. But when I asked her if there will be any celebration the new year's eve. She answered me with one word: NO. As simple as the two letters, NO. Come on, it's doesn't hurt to say something more. Plus there WAS plenty of activities.

Our 2019 Spain travel was filled with adventure, great food & wine and history. Our last day in Salamanca, we chose to ride in the local tourist train, but it only departs when they have more than 10 customers and it was very cold and early morning, so we did not get more than 10 until 11 AM. The train provided protection because it was such a cold morning, the ride is OK with audio guide to explain the route. Highly recommend

Pues la verdad es que tuve mala suerte y pille a la mas borde de la oficina, xq otra chica y otro chico estaban dando información y se le notaba que lo estaban haciendo amablemente...aún así con cara de pocos amigos recibí la información necesaria ¿tanto cuesta ser amable con el público? Recomiendo ir antes de empezar la visita x Salamanca

En la oficina hay poca simpatía y ganas de trabajar, explicando poco y mal. Pero hicimos la visita guiada "Salamanaca completa" y fue extraordinaria. La guía, María Jesús, conoce la ciudad al dedillo y nos enseñó muchísimas cosas, haciéndonos pasar un rato superameno e interesante. No tuvo reparos a la hora de alargar la visita, al ver nuestro interés. Sin duda merece la pena contratarla.
