I came here motivated, but on the first day I was very disappointed. The room was extremely dirty. It was full of hair everywhere. Everything here is old. The sheets were stained and my face was irritated. The sheets were replaced 1 time in 2 weeks and the new "clean" sheets had more spots than the old ones. There were dust fibers along the curtains and the fan. The food was awful, most things were floating in grease . The breakfast was always the same and the lunch was the same as the dinner last day. The room is too narrow. Two people cannot be accommodated in a room for one.

The most important question - Is it clean? NO, it’s not. When we got there the room was as dirty as it can be. The sheets were full of hair and dark spots. Few days after they changed the sheets and they were with yellow spots. The clothes that were on my bed before leaving and the pillow that I bought (because the one provided was dirty )were thrown on the floor (which by the way was dirty too). The bathroom was small but at least it was clean. The food tasted awful or was without any flavor at all. The wardrobe- wasn’t posible to use it. It was completely broken and the drawers were filled with hair like the sheets. The woman at the reception was really nice, but the other two men were always not in the mood. Only good thing - there is an elevator.

Poor quality of hygiene. Dirty rooms, sheets and bathroom. For a 2 weeks stay only the sheets were changed with “clear” ones which also had stains. The room was full of dirt and hair constantly! After “cleaning” the room, personal stuff had been thrown on the floor. There was a woman receptionist which was the only positive thing here, she was pretty nice all the time in contrast with the two other men at the reception who were never in the mood of helping us.

Sooo yeah , the food is really bad . The maids aren’t very good at their job. Everything is old . The receptionists aren’t very helpful or nice , except for one lady . Most of the rooms have scratches and holes in them that are covered with duck tape . The fans in the the rooms will almost certainly fall down at any second .It wasn’t a great overall experience and I would definitely not come back , 2/10 wouldn’t recommend .

Got here with the expectation of a good place, because of all the positive reviews online, but I was completely disappointed, because the rooms were full of dirt and the sheets were stained. Also poor quality of food and the attitude of the service was ruining our stay here.

Sooo... Where do I even begin. The food-bad (at Best). The first Day the bread was ok on the 7th day it was like a rock. The food for lunch was the same as the food for dinner even the next day. The ham and the fish were swimming in grease. Every day the same breakfast: milk, cereal, coffee and some "things" in packages. The rooms: two people in a room for one. No breathing space no nothing. I came here with a clean face now it's all red (bed bigs probably). I don't have alergies but it's gonna be a nightmare for someone who has. The people on the reception were missing half of the time. One time I (and some other people outside my group) were waiting for 30 minutes outside. We couldn't call him and we stood outside in 40C. And a lot more. I would consider this place as a last resort. Half a star...
