If you are reading this you are probably in a problematic situation and reading reviews to find the best lawyer to help get you through this. Do your research after speaking to him to make sure what he tells you is accurate. Also, yikes. Take note that when you call to consult, apparently this attorney feels it's appropriate and legal (it's neither) to publicly state what is discussed. (He changed his response after I added this to my review.) Very unprofessional. That 3 stars is a 1 now.

This firm is top notch. Jon Hogelin did an amazing job on my divorce. My ex was very difficult to work with and tried again and again to take my assets. Jon was an all-star in the courtroom and we won each time my ex tried to pull a fast one on us. He got the divorce done quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Benny does not respond to emails or calls once you’ve paid him. Don’t waste your time or money with this firm. Not a fraudulent post as you reply states. That’s your way of trying to skirt around the issue. Benny is terrible, take care of the issues within your firm before making excuses.
