The shop offers the most amazing customer service! Rachel personally delivered the uniform to my door within 10 hours of the order being placed - and that was on Saturday and Sunday. I needed a full set of new school uniform when my children moved schools in the middle of a pandemic due to a house move. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel - I had to swap several items to get the sizing right and she just took away the clothes we couldn't use and dropped off replacements, issuing very prompt refunds. By far the best online shopping experience of the pandemic and I buy everything online. Thank you!

I ordered PE kit for my daughter and it was actually delivered personally to my house on the same day (I only live a couple of miles from the shop)! Absolutely first class customer service, I'm delighted, and the items are great quality too!

Expensive!!!! The school says I've got to buy from here and a 4 year olds Cardigan is 14. It's very anti competitive as it's only available there
