Took a deposit for a trim and never bothered to show up- I had to text half hour later to even get a reply, no courtesy text or anything. Had to chase to get the deposit back aswell Would not recommend

Turned up just before 1pm on a Tuesday, website says they do walk in appointments. I was told by a guy at the door that they do appointments, they do walk ins but it was busy. He asked if I wanted to book an appointment for later on about half 2 I agreed. He asked me what I wanted doing I said a hair cut, he asked if I wanted my beard trimmed to I said yes. This was a bit disappointing but I didn't mind coming back later on. Got there at quarter past 2 as instructed, sat down on the chair and was told they could only do my haircut now and I could come back tomorrow for a beard trim. I said I wasn't doing that, they said they only do appointment, I said I booked the appointment earlier. No apology or explanation. I rang them up afterwards they said the guy had made a mistake with the booking and only booked a haircut. Again no apology for messing me about, no offer for a half price hair cut, actually hung up on me. Mint experience well done
