Well I was up in New Hampshire this week we stopped off at Dicks because of my girlfriend's boots she had gotten not even a year ago had to be defected from Columbia she bent down in the hole front tow broke and half halfway down one side of the boot and all the way to the back on the other side Columbia had given us a credit for the value of the boots they told us we could go to Dick's as long as we bought a Columbia product everything would be good and the credit would work but that was not the case Dick's flat out said no they will not accept it unless it was a credit from Dick's probably is a store policy but they could have been a little bit more helpful about it other than that shop there many times in the past sure I will be returning great store when there's a seal great prices

Not a lot of people to help you on the floor, but the people who are there are somewhat helpful. They don't exactly go out of their way, but because there are so few they really can't afford to spend a lot of time with one person anyway, right? The cashier however was the best experience of all. Polite, attentive, listens well, very helpful. Wish I caught his name so that I could mention it here. Overall with a decent experience but not quite a five-star experience.
Went in for Yeti mug. Was nicely greeted at entrance, and was directed to where stock in store was. Was in and our very quickly!
Quite a selection of sporting goods that are well laid out. The checkers were very nice, but the staff on the floor wasn’t really interested in helping.
Picked up some weights and explained I needed to cancel one because I used a coupon. Told them I spoke to a online rep. They said they can’t cancel it so I can either not pick it up or cancel in store The kids who were helping were very eager in helping especially this one kid it took awhile to get it situated but I’m annoyed that I couldn’t cancel it when I was speaking to an online rep
