Pathetic service . They charge very high and get advance amount before the ride and they drive rashly as well .Very disappointed with the service especially with Innova booking. Everything is chargeable and driver charges also there ,don't go by their advertisement.They make false promise and the driver keep on using mobile phone speaking to someone and driving .

The cab was booked fast and driver arrived in time. The cab fare 20kms 340 rs additional per km 8.5 rs. Approx updayarpatti charges extra 50 and it will be around 500 rs which was discussed. I paid 45 kms 700 rupees. Actual distance is 32 km only. There was additional charge which was not discussed return charge it was rs 147. 5 which is included in the 700 rs. How the return charge is calculated God only knows, they discussed and come to the final amount. Here the driver play his part to gain more money. First he says he is not aware of this place which I can't believe it.. As the institute gave the reference of this call taxi based on their previous student experience. I feel they must be aware of this place. The cab does not have Google map app assistance which is used mostly in most of the cabs by the driver. The driver took additional 6.5 kms to take a u turn and it's totally 13 kms which I have paid more. He is saying I should have said where to take u turn( with laugh). How do I know I am new to this place. He was trying to divert my Google map assistance by referring we should go another way. Then I said map is showing this way go this way. He has doubt on the Google map as well. The cab does not have meter reading as well. So we won't know how it's calculated. Only God knows whether he did purposely or not. So additional 13 kms and return charge was charged extra. Note : if you know the route for the place to drop off prefer this cab. They came in time and booking is fast and driving is good. Mgmt : Prefer the driver to use Google map assistance mandatory which is visible to the customer no rerouting and add the meter reading in all the cabs. Good luck.

Yesterday Morning we have planned to go Yercaud flower show... Driver reached on time but driver drive very rashly .we request driver to go slow but after that also he did not slow.. we get fear more . please don't book this taxi

It was raining heavily.. barely I could see the roads and decided to take cab to reach new bus stand.. most of the taxi service denied their service at 10.30pm wer in my bus was at 11. 15.. .got to know about this taxi service by google and called them.. just gave a try.. and to my surprise they wer at my doorstep in 15 mins.. Best service from the company particularly from the driver Mr.Gokul( TN 54 L 9060). He helped right on time and drove very safely.. Highly appreciated.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
