Way above and beyond! We've used Salem Heating on numerous occasions (even once to build a sheet metal backsplash and shelf for our art studio sink) and they have been excellent! But this last time they really sealed the deal. We had an appointment to have a thermostat installed and Luis took care of it with his usual proficiancy and skill, good humor and friendly personality. It was during the terrible ice storm. Our power was out and our gas fireplace quit, I was really down about it, we were so cold, and couldn't get anyone here to fix it. He asked if he could take a look and was DETERMINED to get it going. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. I gave him a good tip, called his boss Bob Moore and praised BOTH of them, because this is a business that values their customer and gives their emploees the flexibility to take the time to do a good deed. UNHEARD of anymore. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Thank you Luis, and thank you Bob and Salem Heating and Sheet Metal.

On time ! That's important to me. Friendly and professional. Respectful. Efficient workers. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how things worked with the new heat pump. Randy and Ryan installed and they were superb! Lou came out several times to \diagnose\ the problem with the system.. He was also excellent. I spoke with Martin on the phone and he was also very good and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Bob came out and got the system functional until a new heat pump could be installed. He was also excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about your company and heartily recommend it to anyone who asks.

We switched from and older oil furnace to Natural Gas and also installed an A/C unit since we didn't have one. We chose Lennox for both the heating and A/C units. The installers, Mike and Matt were great guys! Very professional and courteous. Even my dog liked them and that's saying a lot!! I would highly recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal for any of your furnace or a/c needs!!

I replaced my heat pump and handler with a new Lennox system supplied by Costco, but completely handled by Salem Heating &Sheet Metal. From beginning to end everyone was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. After the initial estimate, which was quite reasonable compared to others estimate I had received, Scott never failed to return my phone calls or answer my endless questions to my satisfaction. I had to reschedule my first appointment with Ed due to an family emergency and he was great about rescheduling! Mike, Matt and Ryan arrived on time on the day scheduled for installation. They were professional & courteous, and completed the task in a very timely manner. They arrived at 8 AM and were gone by 3 PM. It was obvious that Mike was extremely knowledgeable in his position as lead, and worked well with Matt and Ryan. All three men worked hard and efficiently and were very respectful of me, my space and my home. I was given careful instruction on how to use my system, along with the necessary paperwork. They cleaned up before they left leaving nothing behind except my new heat pump and handler. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would highly recommend these folks. Note : This is an honest review of my personal experience and I have not received any gift or money to provide it.

Super quality work with great equipment. For those out there like me that like every angle straight and ever screw in line you can trust these guys will do an install that meets your wildest expectations. Everyone I dealt with was professional and took all proper safety precautions keeping Covid 19 in mind. The bids where competitive and/or better than everyone else and the equipment quoted in their bids included the quality equipment I expected. Highly recommend!
