Icici pos staffs had given non working pos machine to us and not sending engineers for service for 10 days. If possible i will give minus ratings worst set of management. Their escalating officer and nodal person not even attending calls.

My mom 72yrs old couldn't able to climb steps for Aadhar..we brought her with much difficult ... There is some spelling correction...has to be done...I am visiting the branch first time..and I directly met manager and request any help can be done .. He imm send Deputy Branch manager to take care of this issue..my surprise the entire set up came down for my mom...in few minutes the work completed. I am so happy for their customer service in such a busy hours. Thank u so much sir.
