Hopeless Bank!! I have the misfortune of having an account in this dratted bank. When I went to close my account with their pathetic bank, the officer took my request and asked me to surrender my debit card, which I dutifully did. A while later after reaching home, he calls me back saying, the account cannot be closed since there is a credit account linked to it. The genius guy apparently didn't think to check all steps to close an account before accepting the card and request form. IndusInd has such half-baked morons who sit there merrily chatting away with their female counterparts..Kudos to IndusInd for employing such officers!!! Oh in case you think I am being to critical about my opinion, do know that the card which was to couriered to my registered address was not done and when I went there after a week of outstation travel, he gentleman says he cannot find the card and offered to check in his residence. Great work IndusInd...you have crossed all bounds of stupidity and security in banking.
