I would have selected 0 stars if that was an option. Worst service and worst quality ever.. We had ordered a 2kg blueberry ice cake one day prior (4th Nov 2020) for my niece's birthday. The manager said the cake would be ready for delivery by 2pm next day (5th Nov 2020). When we went to collect the cake next day around 3pm, they said the cake was not ready and the master had gone out asked us to come after 1 hour. Since we had lot of other commitments, we asked them to deliver it to our place before 6pm. Finally they brought it around 7:30 in the night with worst condition (pictures attached - name not written properly on the cake, one side damaged). When we called the manager, he did not respond properly.. and they could care less about it. Just imagine how an 8 year old kid would've felt seeing the birthday cake in such a poor condition.. And the cake tasted like it was just a bread dipped in sugar water. We had to throw the cake away. I request you to please never ever buy or order from Juice mall ever again.

I would have selected 0 ratings if option had given. I ordered bbq chicken pizza very wrost pizza I had in my life time. Smells bad and chicken was Raw. I juz throwed the pizza out in the garbage. Also they delayed to deliver the pizza. Seriously not satisfied and pls do not order pizza, sandwich etc. Juice Mall is wrost shop even the pizza smells bad.
