They don't answer calls, or have clogged up voicemails, or don't call back, nor do they reply to emails. They have no online data base for looking up your own parts, or at least thats what they claimed. There is absolutely no comparison between their stone-age customer service, and John Deere's staff who I've had call me back an hour and a half after closing to get back to me on a busy day. Ive had Cat's phone ring for the last 15 mins of their day trying to order a part and they just let it ring, no receptionist. It'd sure be nice if they'd make improvements. It's so nice to hop online, look up your own part, call John Deere with a part number to order it with no confusion or hastle.

Absolutely worthless parts department. I am a mechanic by trade and this place is by far the worst parts department I have ever dealt with. Everything thing from wrong part number ordered to them not ordering it at all. However if you already have your part number they may be able to help!!

Nice place and staff!
Equipment was good but service was terrible made me jump thru hoops because THEY double charged my account I will not be renting from cat rental again...
