Salem call taxi service is very poor. Worst service. Drivers are very arrogant. Passengers have to pay what they say. If you deny, they will start rising their voice and hand to beat us. After giving complaint to the concern person, no one have taken step. In person, Ladies don't use this call taxi when you are traveling alone. It is not safe. This call taxi is not customer oriented. Instead they are money minded. Concern persons, also will not respond to you properly if you give complaint. So, i request please don't use this call taxi for ever in your life. When you use this call taxi for long distance be aware.
