I was contacted by Sales Team Staffing in NJ approximately a year ago concerning a new position. The account executive explained the position but more importantly listened to the objectives that I had in terms of making a move. We spoke in length and after the call, I felt as though the opportunity would be worth my time to pursue and interview with. He prepped me for the first interview and made sure again, that I was comfortable with the company I was going to meet. After the interview we spoke in length again and reviewed any concerns I had which were minimal, so he scheduled me for a second interview. The second time I met the company management team, I was treated professionally and I was beginning to see a bright future at this company. My Sales Team Staffing representative took the time to discuss the next steps which included a third interview. After in my mind successfully completing this, an offer was rendered and I accepted. All throughout this process I felt as though I had a strong advocate always making sure I was comfortable with each step in the process. Never did I think that he was just trying to place me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for that personal connection that seems to have been lost in this fast paced world we live in today.
