The crew always takes what I put out even though the limbs might be too big or something might not be put in the right container. Sometimes I put a lot of extra bags that are heavy and not once did they not take it all. Give them a raise because their work is exemplary! Keep up the good work, y'all.

The driver on my route is amazing! I forgot to take my trash down the street and not only did they take the time to walk to the back of my house to grab it for me they also grabbed the two cardboard boxes sitting in the back of my driveway. That’s great customer service! Thanks guys! I also ways have a great experience when I have to call the office. I normally speak to Hillary and she is always kind and helpful! So glad I went with Salina waste as oppose to the other local company in Abilene.

Ask for a dumpster to be delivered at 10:00am and it never showed up. I had called the week before and had everything set up. I called at noon to ask where the dumpster was at and was told the guy is standing in the office now and he will be on the way. 2 hours after the scheduled time. I had to cancel the job for the day and reschedule with the customer. We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
