Just took delivery of my new X1 with my 3 series as a trade in. Couldn't be happier with the service and value provided by Paul Yates at Marshall. All done remotely due to Covid restrictions with loads of information provided to aid my decision making including four videos, lots of calls ensuring all arrangements for delivery and collection was seamless. Given these challenging times just shows we can still trade and move on with our lives.

I had a really good experience with the purchase of my BMW X1 at Marshall BMW Salisbury. Communication was excellent and regular from the point of reservation. At the time of collection the car was spotless. Unfortunately though, when driving the car home, a message appeared on the dashboard asking to take the car back to the dealer for a check up. It turned out it was simply a dirty fuel valve due to car idleness prior to the sale. They promptly offered to get that replaced and offered a BMW X3 as a courtesy car, all free of charge. A few days later I collected my X1 and it’s been fine since. I would like to name Paul Yates particularly for his professionalism and passion to deliver excellent customer care.

Jason Greenidge the sales executive went to so much effort to find me the right car and updated me each step of the process. Car was delivered exactly as described.
