Penny greeted us when we arrived and was able to give us lots of useful and helpful advice about the sofas we were thinking of purchasing including ideas about sofas which are good for children and the types of fabrics we should look at. Penny was careful to steer us away from the more expensive fabrics for some of the furniture we were looking at. In the end we bought a beautiful sofa in a luxurious deep blue velvet. Excellent new covers for our two settees
In store we were looked after very well. However when it came to delivery we were missing an item to the sofa so was incomplete, had to phone to chase up and get answers as to what was happening.
