I would avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is abysmal. We ordered a 500 wardrobe from them which was delivered with a defective part which we discovered when we unpackaged the item a few hours later - a total crack through one of the frame posts. To date, I have called multiple times and no one picks up the phone and I have sent emails on the 24th February (the day the wardrobe was delivered), the 26th February and again today, the 3rd March. Oak Direct has not responded to any of them nearly a week after the first email was sent. You can see for yourself on Google and Trust Pilot this company gets repeated bad reviews for their non-existent customer and after-sales service. They are cheaper than other places offering comparable furniture but the old adage 'buy cheap buy twice' holds true here. Go elsewhere unless you want to be stuck with a faulty piece of furniture costing hundreds and hundreds of pounds which they won't take responsibility for. I will be following up my complaint with this company through the appropriate channels and exercising my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The worst customer service would be a compliment. Numerous messages and calls (to little response) in regards to a missing item. Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs. Such a shame because the product is great and it wouldn't take much to resolve. Con artists.
