Really unsatisfied with the level of service I got. Staff member was vague, unprofessional and extremely ignorant (black hair with glasses, around age 20). When I asked if it was possible to collect my repaired laptop from a Stormfront store in Scotland he responded by saying that “Stormfront don’t operate outside of the UK” giving him the benefit of the doubt I said “you mean England?” before he replied stating that Scotland “isn’t classed as the UK, is it?”. Turns out they do have stores in Scotland too which makes even less sense. I suggest you hire staff who have even a basic level of intelligence in future. This employee also misspelled my name after me asking him to double check (as Jonathan does have various spellings). He also quoted the wrong price for a repair. The other employee (who was called Johnny I believe) was equally as clueless and gave off the air of a stroppy teenager being asked to do chores. Literally could’ve passed as an extra in Kevin and Perry. The figure who I understand was a manager (women with arm tattoos) was present but frantically rushing around and unable to help with my queries. Completely shambolic, I have zero idea why Apple endorse these guys...

Terrible customer service. I would recommend sending you laptop to be fixed anywhere else. If you enjoy long hold times on the phone, long delays in repairs of weeks and promises of call backs which never materialise, this is your repair shop.
Excellent service both face-to-face and on-line. A year ago purchased an i-Pad (works like a dream), and an iMac. iMac several problems related to original upload. Pre-Covid help in-store, and more recently on-line have solved the problems, transforming the speed. On-line help especially helpful, despite needing 4 hours of rebuild. Would always use them again.
Terrible customer service. Told my phone repair was ready on Saturday (came in Monday as was busy then) to find that was a lie and it had not been repaired. Had to make a long journey to collect and no apology from the store or member of staff Beckie for this. No attempt to put it right by fitting the screen today either. By the time I collect will be late Tuesday at the earliest meaning I will have been without a phone for 5 days rather than the 24 hours other apple stores quote for a new screen. I've wasted time and fuel money on this and no hint of any customer service or attempt to put their failings right. Lacklustre in all aspects - I heartily recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Extraordinarily bad service. The apple website links to stormfront as an option for service repairs. Don't use them! I left my laptop with them for a keyboard repair and was given an estimate of two weeks, which already seemed like a long time to replace a keyboard. The shop assistant told me that it was an automatic estimate and the laptop should be ready for collection in a week. Four weeks later, there's no sign of my laptop, and they don't even answer the phone. Avoid at all costs. Only use an actual Apple store for repairs, even if you need to wait a little longer for an appointment.
Jessica and Adam the other day were very helpful and gave me great advice on their products. I have been a little out of the Apple loop for a while so they managed to point me to the products that are right for me! I’m now in the stage where I have a better idea of what I want and other accessories that I never knew existed! Looking forward to returning to store to complete my purchase very soon!
Was told by apple to use this company, but can't even get hold of them so will no way be trusting them with over 2 grands worth of equipment.
Sells great equipment but customer service is exceptionally weak. Took my i-Mac for review and forwarding to Stormfront Service Centre after making an external hard drive data back-up. Service Centre found no hardware faults, reinstalled operating system and advised me not to reinstall data automatically from external hard drive. I was assured by Service Centre that Stormfront Salisbury would provide assistance and guidance. On collection of computer little help was forthcoming on grounds of the restrictions of GDPR. I left with basic and few guidance notes. Then the real problems started. My login password was no longer valid, I had not been advised this would be so. Nor was I notified that my Microsoft applications would be missing. Nor were the basic guidance notes sufficient to manually reinstall data from my external hard drive. I bought from a local retailer so that if I had any problems I could seek help, but such hope proved worthless. Writing to Stormfront HQ and this store failed to reply to written correspondence. Submitting a complaint Stormfront website simply led to being given a case number but no response. Lesson learned: deal only with Apple Store and its excellent on-line support service that solved my problems but it took many hours!
