Had our very first take away meal from here today - a Sunday roast. We both had the beef which was tender. A good range of vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing accompanied it with a separate pot of gravy. Certainly something we shall repeat. Well done Winterbourne Arms.

Nice little place to grab a drink. I used to pop in here quite a bit towards the tail end of last year. I’ve not had chance to go back since Covid happened so my review is to be taken with that in consideration.) The drinks here are reasonably priced, the food isn’t too bad and the staff are friendly and happy to chat.

Update 25th Dec 2019... Oh my goodness.. what a day. Christmas Carvery was fantastic. A magical experience with family at Christmas. The food was great from starter to dessert. The atmosphere was wonderful and I can't praise the Staff enough for making everything run so smoothly and making it a pleasure to be there. Special thanks to Sarah and Jess. Special official opening night for this pub. Change of landlady and now beautifully decorated and refurbished. Excellent menu and tonights hog roast was a joy to eat. Great atmosphere .. thumbs up from me and I wish all the best for the new management team.

Have just had our Christmas meal here. Food was lovely! A little concern went out from the guys when a medium sized dish of roast potatoes was placed on the table- then they were elated once they realised that was the size for each person. The staff were really helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. And they had a visit from a very special man- I won’t spoil the surprise for you, it was a VERY lovely touch. Every year we all meet up for Christmas and you were the first place to do this- thank you! Have a very happy Christmas Winterbourne Arms! Thank you.

Wow what a brilliant place. 13 of us turned up without booking and this was no problem for them. The food was really good and the portions were very large. Could not manage a pudding after eating the very large mixed grill. The staff were very helpful and we will definitely be coming back.
